Guest Chef Dinner at Easy Bistro featuring Chef Richard Neal

On Sunday, August 18th, the team at Easy Bistro will welcome Chef Richard Neal to the kitchen for their last guest chef dinner of the summer. They are incredibly honored to have a chef of this caliber cooking alongside them for the evening.

Chef Neal is an Atlanta-born chef with an ever present interest in wild foods. He prioritizes relationships with thoughtful farms and growers, using their ingredients to turn out modern and forward-thinking tasting menus. Neal has been at the helm of some of the region’s most influential kitchens, such as: Bastion in Nashville, TN, The Admiral in Asheville, NC, and Five and Ten in Athens, GA. He brings an innovative yet simple approach to fine dining. Chef Neal recently moved to Birmingham, AL, where he is planning his next venture.

For the dinner at Easy Bistro, Chef Neal will highlight incredible summer produce around the Southeast, as well as unique ingredients from Larder Foods (which supplies Easy Bistro with some of their most precious ingredients). Chef Neal will be taking over portions of the menu for the evening to showcase his own dishes, available to order a-la-carte, as well as flavoring some of Easy Bistro’s staple dishes.

No tickets required, although reservations are encouraged.
