Witness a parade of 100+ corgis at the Hello, St. Elmo! Street Festival & Corgi Parade! The annual, free community event is held in Chattanooga’s historic St. Elmo neighborhood from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. – featuring a lively street festival with a maker’s market, delicious food, family fun, and, of course, a parade of corgis, who are often in costume.
