Gather at Reflection Riding twice monthly, the third Thursday and fourth Monday of each month from March thru September, for mindful movement, breath, and connection with nature. Chattanooga Yoga instructors will lead 60-minute sessions against a beautiful backdrop of Candy Flats and Lookout Mountain. Facilities will be available at the Welcome Center.

If you haven’t already signed it, please read and sign the general liability waiver before attending. Each adult attendee must sign this waiver to participate. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for each child participating. Please provide email addresses for each adult (and parent/legal guardian of children) during sign-up.

As an outdoor facility, our programs and events are almost always dependent on the weather. In the event of severe weather, programs may have to be canceled.
