How we started:
In 2018, our founding members broke ground for RP Communities. The journey towards establishment began with a handful of Chattanooga natives who combined their personal values with their decades of experience in construction, commercial banking, and residential development. They had one goal: to set the standard for happy living. For the leadership team at RP Communities, this meant leading the industry by example — through quality craftsmanship and the promotion of transparency during every step of the home-building process. From day one, we’ve paid homage to the Scenic City by embracing sustainability and maintaining the integrity of the natural landscapes on our development sites.
