Big 9 Roots Festival

The Bessie Smith Cultural Center highlights Chattanooga’s rich African American History during this two-day event. The festival will feature merchandise vendors, food and drink vendors, all merchants along what was known as the “Big 9,” an art gallery, and musical artists performing all weekend long.
