Chattanooga Music Club Holiday Concert

November 22 at 7pm

Chattanooga Music Club presents their free annual holiday concert featuring the Chattanooga Girls Choir, low brass ensemble Deep Six, and organ music by Bruce Clark performing a variety of Christmas and Holiday music.

The Chattanooga Girls Choir helps girls become extraordinary young women through choral music education and artistic performance experiences. This exceptional musical education in the greater Chattanooga area is offered to students in third through twelfth grades. The choir is divided into age appropriate groups which perform independently as well as altogether. The girls perform both formal and informal settings throughout the region each season. The Chattanooga Girls Choir was founded by Mr. John Dyer in the fall of 1986 and is currently under the direction of Mr. Joshua Golden.

Deep Six is a low brass ensemble with the unusual setting of two horns, two trombones, a euphonium and a tuba. The group is directed by Dr. Ron Johnson who arranges the music for the group. Playing in the group are Brian Dickinson – Horn, Darin Bissell – Horn, Shawn Nelson – Tuba, Shane Nelson – Euphonium, Ron Johnson – Trombone and Reggie Thomas – Bass Trombone.

Bruce Clark is the Organmaster and Director of Senior Adult Ministries at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He will delight us on the organ as we listen to and sing holiday music and hymns.

Mark your calendar for this truly spectacular FREE event. Open seating with no tickets required. Face masks are requested. For more information, Buddy Shirk at 423-529-0315 or via email buddy@summittpianos.com.
