For a variety of athletic levels, from first-time triathletes to pros, the Chattanooga Waterfront Triathlon offers two races to choose from. There’s the “Sprint” race, which features a 400m swim, a 20K bike ride, and a 5K run; or the “Olympic” race, with a 1.5K swim, 40K bike ride, and 10K run. The main staging area is right downtown in front of the Aquarium, providing an excellent, central location, and the race sponsors are promising a scenic and spectator-friendly event.
