Do you love coffee but want to learn more about what makes a “good” cup of coffee? By blindly sampling brewed coffee, you can compare flavor notes, quality, mouthfeel, and preference without bias. In this class, you will sample a variety of coffees from different roasters, learn to identify flavor notes, and better understand why you like the coffees that you do. All coffee lovers are welcome to this beginner class and discussion.
