First Friday of the Month, Food Truck Friday at the Kitchen Incubator of Chattanooga at 5704 Marlin Rd. The newly renovated Kitchen Incubator will be revealed and available for tours, LAUNCH will name the alum honored with the Hertzog Scholarship and nearly 20 food trucks will be on hand to serve the lunchtime crowd.
