Mushroom Logs Workshop
February 17 at 5:30pm-6:30pm
Growing your own culinary mushrooms is not as hard as you might believe. Many species such as shiitake, oysters, and chicken of the woods easily grow on logs and consecutively for 4 to 6 years after inoculation. In this workshop we will be discussing and demonstrating how to pick your tree, inoculate it and what to expect afterwards. This will be a basic instruction and if you are looking for a more in depth discussion on Mycology we suggest you attend one of our Mycology 101 classes in January.
Two Class Fee Options:
Class only $10
Class plus inoculation kit $35
Inoculation Kit Includes: Drill Bit, Wax, Wax Applicator, Spawn Voucher, and Instructions
