Ryan Oyer has graced Chattanooga stages for many years now with his original music. Oyer was raised on the Beatles and heavily influenced by John Lennon. He’s just released a new album, “Rise and Shine.” This will be a great show in an outdoor, socially distanced environment with an excellent local artist. One review said this of Oyer: “His songs are so well written, so honest and sincere and so beautifully executed that they are a genuine pleasure to hear, no matter how jaded you may be.
