Sunset at the Pointe

Friends of Booker T Washington State Park is sponsoring “Sunset at the Pointe”, featuring Willie Kitchens and the Band and hosted by Palmer Williams Jr. The outdoor event will begin at
6 PM on the lakefront of the park. We invite you to listen to live bands playing beautiful music in the park during the first-ever Sunset at the Pointe fundraiser. Dinner is included and a cash bar will be available. Purchase your tickets online because they’ll go fast. As a volunteer, tax-exempt public charity under the Internal Revenue Code, 501(c)(3), established September 2016, the aim of Friends of the Park is to provide financial support for educational and interpretive programming, outdoor recreation and land acquisition projects for the park!
