SUP Yoga
Sundays, June – September at 10:30am
Enjoy a relaxing SUP YOGA Class on the calm waters of Chickamauga Lake with a 500 HR CYT. We begin the 90-minute class with a quick paddling lesson followed by a warm-up paddle to a quiet spot on the lake where we will enjoy a 60-min yoga session on stable, inflatable paddleboards. We finish with a floating savasana and mindful meditation.
