Yoga+Hike for ALL Bodies!

Join us for yoga and a hike on Saturday, May 14 at Greenway Farms! This outdoor event is designed for all bodies. ALL are welcome!
Includes: 1 hour guided Yoga practice, 1 hour guided hike, and 30-minute journal reflection (2.5 hours total)
What to bring: Yoga mat, rain gear, hiking boots or sturdy walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, layered outside clothing, a small backpack, journal, pen/pencil, insect repellent, and a water bottle.
