A skilled workforce is critical to continued economic growth, prosperity, and quality of life. The Chattanooga Chamber is committed to working with employers and community partners to strengthen talent pipelines and ensure employers have a skilled, diverse, local workforce. The Chamber’s talent team accomplishes this goal by championing systems, policies, and programs that develop diverse local talent pipelines, as well as implementing strategies to attract and retain skilled talent. Strategies and programs include Leadership Chattanooga, Young Professionals of Chattanooga, Protege Chattanooga, and ChattaNewbies. Additionally, the Chamber’s economic inclusion efforts address systemic challenges and promote the success of the entire business community. Programs include the Women’s Unity Breakfast series, the DIVERSIFY annual summit and luncheon, the Styles L. Hutchins Fellowship, and more.
