In Fort Oglethorpe, Gilbert-Stephenson Park is home to a public swimming pool, tennis courts, an inclusive playground, and walking tracks for all to enjoy, and nearby, Walker Rocks Park features a playground with nearly two dozen different components, including several climbing features.
Fort Oglethorpe features a mix of national retailers and big-box stores – offering everything from apparel to home décor. On Sundays from May through October, Stable 41 hosts a lively farmers market with local produce and handmade goods.
