How we started:

We saw a gap in the market so we founded Dwell Designed on the values of going above and beyond for our clients. We took this idea and our combined areas of expertise to build a business model that offered both full-service design and quality construction knowledge to create beautiful and unique living spaces for our clients.

At Dwell, we understand that choosing your builder is a very important decision that takes time and intentionality. We assure our clients that we prioritize their trust and satisfaction over everything else. We take trust very seriously and aim to deliver on every client’s needs and dreams. With relationships also at the forefront, we work through the building experience together and treat our clients like family. 

Our team:

Led by Bryan and Julie Bledsoe, Dwell Designed has over 30 combined years of experience. Bryan, owner and managing partner, oversees the day-to-day operations of the business and is personally involved with construction and vendor management, while Julie, head designer, uses her acquired knowledge of finishes, truly unique eye, and passion for design to make every project individualized.

Types of structures we build:

Dwell Designed specializes in new construction and remodeling for both residential and commercial buildings. We have multiple developments with spec homes in addition to the custom homes that we build.

We build or remodel anywhere within Hamilton County and the surrounding counties.
