- Advertisements for the company’s publications

- Advertisements appearing within the company’s publications

- Sales presentations and marketing materials

I understand and agree that I will not receive compensation for the use of these image(s) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I further represent that the image(s) do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

If any identifiable individuals, private property, or protected elements appear in the image(s), I confirm that I have obtained all necessary permissions and releases.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CMC Media & Marketing Group LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the use of the submitted image(s).
