You’re a Quizard, Harry! Trivia nights can come in all shapes and sizes – from themed to trivial, a night out with friends or a night in with the family. No matter your taste in trivia, if you enjoy quizzing your knowledge against others, then check out some of these trivia nights around town!
Mondays

Naked River Brewing Co. – Live Trivia from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Enjoy Taco Tuesday and Pint Night while you’re there! The FEED Co. Table & Tavern – Live Team Trivia with Eddy from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. with $4 featured pints and a wine bottle special of $12.50 for select wine bottles. FEED locally sources all their food through their farm and business partners. Location: 201 West Main Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402
Cherry Street Tavern – Tavern Trivia starts at 7:30 p.m. and the theme for this month is “Mother Tongue” – a trivia series specifically about language! Fiamma Pizza Company – Team Trivia begins at 7 p.m. and has prizes for the top three winners: $50 for first, $20 for second, and $15 for third. The Tap House & Empyreal Brewing Co. – Live Trivia from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Reserve a table and enter the chance to win some gift cards while sipping on some BOGO wine! OddStory Brewing Co. – Live Trivia starts up at 7:30 p.m. Instead of TVs, you’ll find plants in their taproom, which also has several of their brews on tap. Location: 336 East M L King Boulevard, Chattanooga, TN 37403
Hair Of The Dog Pub – Their sister pub is The Honest Pint, and they also boast authentic pub food with local and imported brews. Trivia is hosted by Not Rocket Science Trivia held every Wednesday night starting at 7:00pm. Location: 334 Market St, Chattanooga, TN 37402
Universal Joint Chattanooga – Hosted by Chatt Trivia at 7 p.m. Cash prizes go out to the top teams! Universal Joint is a neighborhood restaurant with rotating drink options. Location: 532 Lookout Street, Chattanooga, TN 37403
Clever Alehouse – Live Trivia begins at 7 p.m. and beginning March 13th, is going to have special themed trivia nights. There are prizes for the winners and it’s first come first serve. Clever Alehouse is a restaurant and bar located at 2122 Dayton Boulevard, Chattanooga, TN
Thursdays
Mexiville – Live Trivia Night is at 7 p.m. and has been themed everything from Star Wars trivia to Gilmore Girls! They also have salsa dancing night on Saturdays, but both nights are only at their Market Street location. The daily special at their second location on Thursdays is half-off pitchers and $10 fajitas. Location: 809 Market Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402
Five Wits Brewing Co. – Chatt Trivia hosts this at 7 p.m. with top teams earning cash prizes. Join in for $4 rotating special beer, too! Along with draft beer, Five Wits has food and specialty drinks to offer. Location: 1501 Long Street, Chattanooga, TN 37408
TailGate Brewery – Chattanooga – Hosted at 7 p.m. by Challenge Entertainment. TailGate Brewery is a Tennessee craft brewery and pizzeria originally established in Nashville in 2014. Their Chattanooga location hosts live trivia every Thursday night.
Fridays

Sundays
Pax Breu Ruim – Hosted by Chatt Trivia at 2:30 p.m. with cash prizes to the top teams! They also have live music on Sundays with craft beer, wine, and other spirits. Location: 516 East Main Street, Chattanooga, TN 37408
Honorable Mentions
Chatt Trivia – A local trivia organization that hosts tournaments as well as trivia nights. Both their tournaments and their nightly trivia boast cash prizes for winners. Check out their website or Facebook page for a master schedule and more information on their tournaments.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays seem to be the most popular days to host a trivia night. Regardless, Saturdays are the only trivia-free days in Chattanooga. If you are feeling like you want to try your random knowledge against others, then go to one of these local places to put it to the test!
Most of the trivia seems to be team-based, but that should not stop you from giving it a go if you want to try out your knowledge as an individual! Otherwise, enjoy making a team with a group of friends and playing to each other’s strengths. There are also lots of different game formats to look into, so one trivia night may not look like one at a different location.
While you are there, you should definitely check out the food and drink they have to offer, as well! Several of the places have local drafts, food, and other specials. Plus, most of these places have other special nights, like Mexiville hosting salsa dancing or Singo, a game hosted by Challenge Entertainment that is found at many places in Chattanooga.
