Occasionally used for family reunions or weddings, the Wagon Wheel Farm has welcomed over 200 guests at a time, making it a diamond in the rough for parties and larger gatherings. A large flagstone patio has several seating vignettes and winds its way down to a large in-ground swimming pool. A changing room is located right next to the heated pool, which remains open year-round. This property is rounded out with a hot tub, full outdoor kitchen, and approximately 7,500 square feet of grassy area perfect for lawn games. About 45 minutes outside of the city, this exquisite rental will have you and your friends living large. This home, located on five acres in McDonald, is roughly 14,000 square feet and is well suited for a large group of friends or family. With six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, this property accommodates 12 and has luxury at the forefront. A covered patio features a combined living and dining space, and even more seating is available on the second-story porch. A sparkling in-ground pool is a perfect way to cool off during the hot summer months, but the real crown jewel of this space is its covered outdoor pavilion. Yet another property that is primed for parties is the Bell Mill Mansion located in the suburb of Ooltewah. Although you’ll need express permission to host an event, this stately home can accommodate up to 34 guests with its 14 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Not only does this home come complete with a resort-sized pool, plenty of seating, and several daybeds, it makes sure to prioritize fun at every turn. Guests also have access to a tennis court, indoor racquetball court, gym, massage room, billiard area, sauna, and media room. Quiet Mountaintop Manor

Atop nearby Lookout Mountain and located on seven acres in a family-friendly neighborhood, this property is once again great for groups. The eight bedroom, four and a half bathroom home can sleep 27 and even sits on a pond. Aside from catch-and-release fishing and canoeing, guests can also enjoy the 20×40-foot saltwater pool, as well as a hot tub. The fenced-in pool area is situated next to an open field, and there is plenty of seating and pool toys at visitors’ disposal. In addition to these amenities, the property also boasts a fire pit, volleyball net, and billiard room, which is complete with foosball, ping pong, and pool tables.

Sunset Sanctuary on Missionary Ridge

Just 10 minutes from the heart of downtown is a spacious 3,300-square-foot home that is sure to delight with its long-range view. The property, located on Missionary Ridge, can accommodate eight guests and has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Although not as large as some of the other pools to grace this list, this home features a radiant pool that seemingly emerges from the hillside. A flagstone detail creates a small waterfall, and just steps away, a hot tub has been built into the deck for easy access. This pool features retractable safety netting, and this entire outdoor area is dotted with a variety of seating options. Best of all, the porch’s cable railing lets guests take in the sweeping views of the city and the mountains beyond.

Countryside Cabin

Nestled among rolling hills in the town of Dunlap, this lodge aims to take guests away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The four bedroom, three bathroom home can sleep 10, and visitors will have a sense of privacy with two dedicated acres. An above-ground, saltwater pool is surrounded by a large deck, giving it an elevated feel. Pool toys and loungers are easily accessible in the space, and a nearby covered deck makes this property a true crowd-pleaser. The space also features a hot tub and a large fire pit area. For those who like to welcome a little competition, the property also includes a basketball goal, two corn hole sets, a playground, a pool table, a golf putting activity, and plenty of board games. Oh, and pets are welcome too!

Retro Pad Above the Clouds

Those looking for a refined weekend away will love this mountaintop property. Located on Lookout Mountain, the mid-century modern home can accommodate six between four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Best left to the adults because of the wide railings, an elegant pool is situated on a bluff and provides show-stopping views. Rocking chairs, loungers, and Adirondack seating are available on the pool deck. Even more seating can be found on the second-story balcony, covered patio, or around the outdoor fire pit. Front and back yards offer a great spot for peaceful reading or lawn games, and the home also boasts plenty of board and card games.
