Chattanooga Parks and Outdoors’ Independence Day bash, Pops on the River, is celebrating America’s 250th anniversary in Northshore! Starting at 4 p.m on River Street, the event will feature live music, food trucks, local vendors, and, once the sun sets, a stunning fireworks show.
