The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is a nonprofit organization serving 21 counties throughout Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia. BBB helps people find trustworthy companies and charities. BBB also assists businesses in upholding sound business practices in a variety of areas, including truth in advertising, honoring agreements, professional customer service, and more. BBB-Accredited businesses must meet and commit to uphold BBB’s standards to qualify for BBB Accreditation. In turn, their dues and contributions allow BBB to offer information, dispute resolution services, and efforts to investigate and expose fraud at no charge to the public.
